One Proposal
One written proposal for Make It Ready's approved finishing work: included work, exclusions, price, and proposed schedule.
Your Approval
The owner or authorized client approves the proposal and payment terms before work begins.
Licensed Trades Separately
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other licensed items go to independent vendors who contract with and bill the client directly.
We don't perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, structural, fire-alarm, or other licensed trade work. We refer those needs to preferred vendors who contract with and bill you directly. Preferred Vendor Network
